Getting to Know You
We gather data through one on one meeting with student and their parents. We empathetically listen to the parents and the student. A short career performa is also filled by both the parents and the child. At this step we receive an initial view of the child’s perspective, likings, dislikings, confusions, strengths and weaknesses.
Conduct Psychometric Tests
Student’s aptitude, interest and personality are assessed through varied range of psychometric tests. In order to dig out the core inner abilities of the child, psychometric assessment is being carried out. A series of standardised and scientific tests are administered which assess the student on 5 dimensions that are; Orientation style, Personality, Interests, Emotional quotient and Aptitude.
Decision Making
Selection of the most appropriate career option from range of alternatives. Psychometric assessment yields a comprehensive report of around 34 pages which assist the student to make the most accurate and well informed career decision.
In-depth Knowledge of Career Path
Once the career is selected, detailed information about that career is provided which incorporates in -depth knowledge about the criteria, entrance tests, colleges , universities and scope of that particular career.
